1. Introduction

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of our website and services. By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

2. Services

Nesstates Ltd provides property management services including but not limited to property maintenance, tenant management, rent collection, and legal compliance services.

3. Client Responsibilities

As a client, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information about your property
• Maintain appropriate insurance coverage
• Respond promptly to requests for information or decisions
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations

4. Fees and Payments

Our fees are as set out in our service agreement. Payment is due as specified in your contract. Late payments may be subject to interest charges.

5. Termination

Either party may terminate the agreement with written notice as specified in your contract. Early termination may be subject to fees.

6. Limitation of Liability

Our liability is limited to the fees paid for our services in the 12 months preceding any claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.

7. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes will first be attempted to be resolved through good faith negotiations. If unresolved, disputes may be submitted to mediation.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Scotland. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Scottish courts.

9. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
